Recently, members participated in a comprehensive 16-hour Flammable Liquids Training course hosted by the Newburg Volunteer Fire Department. This hands-on training, which included live fire exercises, took place at the Cambria County Training Facility.

Throughout the course, participants gained essential skills in safely handling and storing flammable liquids, as well as responding effectively to emergencies. Key topics covered included identification, safe handling and storage practices, classification, ventilation, spill management, and emergency response strategies.
