Lakemont Volunteer Fire Company Hoagie Sale. These Hoagies feature a 10″ Pacifico roll, provolone cheese, Virginia ham, cooked salami, individually bagged tomatoes, lettuce, diced onions, optional crushed hot peppers, and one creamy Italian dressing packet.
